Christmas Snowman Quesadilla

We made this Snowman Quesadilla Dinner tonight & my boys thought it was awesome! Super easy to make & a fun Christmas dinner that the kids will love!

Snowman Quesadilla Dinner

2 Tortillas
Black Beans (cooked)
Shredded Cheese
Red & Orange Bell Pepper
Sour Cream

Start out by folding the tortillas in half & then cutting out a circle using kitchen scissors. Sprinkle cheese in between the tortillas & heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Place the quesadillas on a plate. We decorated with black beans & strips of bell pepper. We put a little bit of sour cream in a baggie & snipped off the corner. Squeeze on the bottom & in dots to look like snow.
