Disney’s Cookie Fries Recipe

One of the best things about Disneyland is the food. They have incredible treats and snacks that make you go crazy. Half of our money is saved so we can enjoy those delicious snacks. However, now we don’t have to wait for Disneyland! Disney just released their cookie fries recipe and I am so stoked!

Disney’s cookie fries are heaven on a plate. These cookie fries are from the Beach Club Resort. You can get them at Disney’s Beaches and Cream Soda Shop. However, now you can make them yourselves right from home! Also, these are vegan and a major plus for those of you on a plant-based diet.

These cookie fries only take 6 ingredients to make, so you will be able to feel like you are out on the beach while enjoying these fires right from your own home.

What is even cooler is that these fries are made from plant-based products. However, it is totally possible to change out some of the ingredients for alternatives as well.

Ingredients You Will Need

(full amounts in recipe box below)

  • all-purpose Flour
  • Powdered Sugar
  • plant-based Margarine, softened
  • warm water
  • liquid egg substitute
  • Molasses
  • dairy-free mini chocolate chips

How To Make Cookie Fries

First, combined the flour, powdered sugar, and margarine in an electric mixer and beat on medium speed until smooth.

In another small bowl, mix together the warm water and liquid egg substitute. Then combine this along with the molasses to the mixer and mix on medium until smooth once again. Finally, add your chocolate chips!

Pour your mixture into an 8×8 pan and put it into the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Once chilled, cut into 32 strips that are about 1/4 inch wide and 4 inches long.

Place 16 strips onto a baking sheet and bake for around 20-22 minutes. They should be crunchy when they come out. That’s it! Super easy to make and absolutely delicious to enjoy.
