Disney's Frozen Olaf Quesadilla Dinner

It is SO cold here in Atlanta, GA today & we have been out all day feeling frozen…SO today we decided to create this fun Olaf Quesadilla Dinner from Disney’s new movie Frozen. This is so fun & easy to make. We have not seen the movie yet, but have heard that it’s awesome. After making this fun Olaf Dinner they are begging me to go see it. They know the characters from other shows they watch. This is such a fun dinner or lunch to create the kids in this crazy winter weather we are having!

Frozen Olaf Quesadilla Dinner

2 Large Tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Black Beans
1 Orange Pepper (you can also use a carrot or cheese)
Sour Cream

Start out by cutting out your pieces from the tortillas. Stack them & then cut the pieces out together using kitchen scissors. Sprinkle cheese in between the cut out pieces & microwave them for 1 minute. We decorated with cooked black beans, sour cream, & a piece of a orange pepper. For the arms & eye brows we cut the black beans in half so they stayed put. We put sour cream in a baggie & snipped off the corner. Squeeze it on for the tooth, eyes, & snow.

My 3 year old was so excited to get his Olaf….

This is also a great way to get your little picky eaters to eat lots of black beans!

  1. There’s something special about this movie that I’m soooo addicted to it. Maybe because it tells more of sisterly love, something that’s been neglected to most of the romantic animated films. Happy enough that Frozen the movie was a sure hit at home. Lol! and YES! Olaf was a part of my entire addiction =)))

This is such a great idea! My kids love Olaf and this would be a great way to make dinner fun. Definitely pinning this!

My husband and I saw the movie last week. It's a fun movie and Olaf is the comedy relief from an otherwise serious story line. Your quesadilla looks just like him! Great job.
