What Makes Levian Cookies Unique?
These cookies started at the Levian Bakery. If you have a chocolate lover in your life, these are the cookies you have to make. The Levian bakery makes cookies that are thick and soft and so packed with chocolate that these cookies are truly a treat. The difference in these cookies is that not only does it use the all purpose flour like regular cookies, it also uses cake flour.
What is the Best Chocolate for Double Chocolate Cookies?
When I make these cookies, I like to use dark cocoa powder as well as semi sweet chocolate chip. This creates a very rich chocolate without making the cookies too sweet to eat.
