St. Patricks Day Emerald Cocktail

This Sunrise Emerald Cocktail is so good! The gorgeous green color matches the delicious green apple flavoring. The cocktail has an amazing blend of sweet and sour flavors.

Key Ingredients You’ll Need

Green Apple Liquor: This will help give the cocktail that beautiful green color with the additional apple flavoring.

Vodka: You will need Potato-based Vodka.

Blue Curacoa: This will do a good job of giving the cocktail a deeper color as well as giving you an orange flavor.

OJ: Orange Juice will just add to the vast amount of flavor this cocktail has to offer.

Sweet & Sour Mix: This will enhance the flavor as well as give it that sweet & sour taste.

How To Make Emerald Sunrise Cocktail

Step 1. Add the apple liquor, vodka, blue curacao, OJ, and sweet & sour mix into a large bar and shake vigorously until combined.

Step 2.  Add the mixture into an ice-filled glass and garnish with your choice of mint, orange slices, cherries, or lime slices.

What Does Blue Curacoa Taste Like?

Blue Curacoa is actually quite a tease in flavor. You would think this blue-tinted drink would taste that of blueberries or blue raspberry. But, it actually tastes like oranges!

What Brands Of Vodka Are Potato Based?

There are many potato-based vodkas to choose from that will work perfectly for this cocktail. Examples include Woody Creek, Monopolowa, Chase, Luksusowa, Blue Ice, Chopin, and more. All of these and others will give you the best result.
