We made this fun Spider Quesadilla for dinner the other night & it’s so easy to make! My boys loved this & I am sure most kids would love this as well for a fun Halloween dinner or lunch!
Spider Web Quesadilla
2 Spinach Tortillas
Brown Rice
Black Beans
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Take a round cookie cutter press half of it on the edges of the tortilla to give it the web shape. Sprinkle black beans, brown rice, & shredded cheese on top of one tortilla then place the other tortilla on top. Either fry in a pan or place in the microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Spoon about a 1/4 cup of sour cream in a baggie & snip off the corner. Squeeze on the web using the sour cream. We made a spider with a few of the black beans & placed it on top.
Easy & a Halloween fun food hit with my boys!:)
