We made this fun Halloween Spider Web Quesadilla for dinner the other night and it’s so easy to make! My boys loved this and I am sure most kids would love this as well for a fun Halloween dinner or lunch!

Halloween Spider Web Quesadilla

Spider Web Quesadilla

  • 2 Spinach Tortillas
  • Brown Rice
  • Black Beans
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Sour Cream

Take a round cookie cutter press half of it on the edges of the tortilla to give it the web shape. Sprinkle black beans, brown rice, and shredded cheese on top of one tortilla then place the other tortilla on top. Either fry in a pan or place in the microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Spoon about a 1/4 cup of sour cream in a baggie and snip off the corner. Squeeze on the web using the sour cream. We made a spider with a few of the black beans & placed it on top.
