Delicious! The pork was so tender! I added snow peas and snap peas after cooking. Just stirred then in. My only feedback is recipe should say pressure cook.
Instant Pot Hawaiian Pork
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) Pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- 3 minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil, separated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 lbs boneless pork loin
- Parsley for garnishing

Directions:
- In two small bowls separate the pineapple chunks and the juice.
- Add water, cornstarch, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic in the small bowl with the pineapple juice.
- Stir until combined.
- Set to the side.
- Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode.
- Add the olive oil.
- Add onion and red peppers and pork, sauté until the pork is no longer pink.
- Add pineapple chunks.
- Stir to combine.
- Add the pineapple sauce.
- Stir to combine.
- Secure the lid to the instant pot and select manual high, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Let pressure natural release for 7 minutes.
- Turn the valve to vent.
- Serve over rice.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

? what if you do not have a insta pot. what else can i do and i do not have a praeser cooker THANK YOU herbie
This was delicious. I would probably not saute the vegetables with the pork as they got a little mushy and maybe add another pepper. I added sugar snap peas. All and all it was very good!
