Napoleon Dynamite Breakfast including Pedro Pancakes!

One of my boys favorite movies ever is Napoleon Dynamite. My 3 year old even loves it & loves to copy Napoleon’s dance moves! We thought it would be fun to make Napoleon & Pedro into pancakes for breakfast! My boys got a big kick out of this & it’s pretty easy to make.

Napoleon Dynamite Pancake Breakfast

Pancake Mix (we like Bisquick)
Scrambled Eggs
Nutella
1 Square Marshmallow
2 Chocolate Chips

It’s pretty much my favorite animal. It’s like a lion and a tiger mixed…bred for its skills in magic.

Gosh!!

Start out by shaping the head with your pancake mix in a pan over low heat. You can cut around the edges using kitchen scissors to clean it up. Make another small pancake to cut out the ears, eye lids, nose, & mouth. We cut a square marshmallow in half to make the teeth & eyes. We put Nutella in a baggie, snipped off the corner, & squeezed on Nutella to make the glasses & outline the teeth. We used scrambled eggs for the hair.

Serve with a side of Tater Tots!:)

Well, you have a sweet bike. And you’re really good at hooking up with chicks. Plus you’re like the only guy at school who has a mustache.
