I got crafty with my 4 year old for lunch today and we came up with this fun Owl Quesadilla! This is so simple to make and I am sure your kids will just love this as much as my little guy did.

Owl Quesadilla

Owl Quesadilla

  • 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • Black Beans
  • Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Sour Cream

Sprinkle your shredded cheese and black beans on one tortilla. Top with the other tortilla and grill or put in the microwave for 1 minute until cheese is melted. Place the quesadilla on a plate. We used sour cream for the eyes and black beans for the pupils. We used tortilla chips for the wings and ears. We cut out the beak and feet from a slice of cheddar cheese.
