- Cream cheese– This will help make the filling creamy.
- Pina Colada mix– I am using the Bacardi Frozen Pina Colada Mix.
- Whipped topping– The whipped topping combines with the cream cheese to add more creaminess but also lightens up the filling and makes it fluffier.
How to Make Pina Colada Pie
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and pina colada mix together.
Fold in the thawed whipped topping.
Add the filling to the over the crust and place it in the freezer for 4 hours.
Before serving, add the rest of the whipped topping and add coconut flakes.

Is There Alcohol?
A lot of people wonder if there is alcohol in pina colada pie. There is no alcohol. The flavor comes from the drink mix and there is no alcohol added. If you want to include alcohol, add 1 shot of rum to the cream cheese mixture.
Variations to This Pie
While I am using a premade graham cracker crust, you can make your own too. Use 1 1/2 graham cracker crumbs, 4 tablespoons of sugar and 7 tablespoons of melted butter.
Want to add a twist to the crust? Try making it with crushed pretzels or even Oreos.
Swap the frozen juice for another flavor. This is a simple way to make any flavor of pie you like.

You can make this no bake pie up to 2 days ahead of when you are ready to serve it. Keep it in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 10 inch graham cracker crust
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup frozen Pina Colada mix thawed (I used Bacardi Frozen Pina Colada Mix)
- 16 oz whipped topping thawed in refrigerator, divided
- Toasted coconut flakes for garnish optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese with a hand mixer until creamy
- Add in the pina colada mix until well blended
- Add half of the thawed whipped topping and beat until well incorporated
- Pour into the pie shell. You will have some leftover mixture.
- Freeze for 4 hours or up to overnight. Pipe or spread left-over whipped topping on top before serving.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes (if using)
