Blender Lemon Pie
- 2 small lemons – sliced into wedges
- 1 Zest lemon
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter – unsalted
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 frozen pie shell – ready-made
- 1 container Cool Whip
