We are so excited that Eggo has asked us to be one of their Chief Waffle Officer’s! My 3 little boys are the biggest fans of Eggo waffles and I can not keep enough of them in my house! We have come up with some really fun food ideas using Eggo waffles and we will be sharing our fun ideas every day for the whole week! We are starting out with Chicken & Eggo Waffle Kabobs for Kids! Chicken and waffles have become a very popular dinner. Turning chicken & waffles into kabobs makes this such a fun and easy dinner for the kids! This is now a favorite of my boys…especially my 2 year old!
Chicken & Eggo Waffle Kabobs
5 – 8 Mini Eggo Waffles
4 – 7 Chicken Nuggets (We used Morning Star)
Kabob Sicks
Honey
Pre-heat your oven to 375. Bake the chicken nuggets for 10-15 minutes. Flip over after 8 minutes. Toast the Eggo mini waffles. Rotate them on your kabob sticks. Serve with honey.
Make sure to assist younger children with the kabob sticks so they do not hurt themselves!!:)

Never mind the kids–I think my youngest would love this, and he's 22, LOL! What a great idea!
I love the kabob idea! I use any gimmick I can think of to get my son to try new foods. I think this might work! Thanks for sharing!
This is the cutest idea! My little girl loves to dip!!
What a great idea! Our home is gluten free, so I'll have to tweak things up a bit, but I can't wait to make this for my husband! 🙂
