Ask anyone that knows me and they’ll tell you about my love of the Oreo cookie. I’m obsessed. This Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake recipe has made it’s way to the top of favorite dessert list. It’s so good!

Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake Ingredients
For cake:
- Triple chocolate cake mix
- eggs
- water
- oil
- Cream cheese
- Oreo’s
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla
Whipping cream ingredients:
- Heavy whipping cream
- Powder sugar
- Vanilla
- Oreo’s
- Mini Oreo’s to decorate
- Piping bag with star tip
How To Make Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake
Cake instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare cake as shown in directions on the back of the box
- Spray the springform pan with cookie spray
- Pour cake batter half way into the springform pan and add the cut Oreos into the cake batter
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Set aside to cool while you make the cheesecake
- In a standing mixer, combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
- Mix until combined
- Crack one egg at a time, mix well before cracking the the next egg
- Mix in the crushed Oreos
- Pour the cheesecake over the cooled cake and bake for 1 hour or until cheesecake is set
- Place onto a wire rack to cool to room temperature
- Place into the fridge to cool over night
Whipped cream instructions:
- In a standing mixer, combine the heavy whipping cream, powder sugar and vanilla
- Mix until stiff peaks form
- Scoop some whipped cream into the piping bag
- Scoop the rest of the whipped cream into the top of the cheesecake and smooth it out
- Cover the whipped cream with the crushed Oreos
- Pipe around the edges whipped cream and then place a mini Oreo around the edges
