I went on a amazing trip to visit Red Gold Tomatoes and we were inspired to make this fun Candy Cane Spaghetti for a fun Christmas Dinner Idea! Your kids will just love this and it’s so simple to make!
Candy Cane Spaghetti
Spaghetti Noodles
1 (15 ounce) can Red Gold diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can Red Gold tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon basil
1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
Throw it all in a sauce pan, stir, simmer, cover and continue to simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Season again to taste.

It was so nice to meet the local farmers of Red Gold and I just love how they are big supporters of families. They support 53 local farmers and know all of them by name….

It was so fun to watch the process of distribution & canning….

We got to taste test a ton of tomatoes. Also comparing brands and Red Gold hands down had the best tasting tomatoes. You can definitely tell the difference with how fresh their tomatoes are.
The thing that impressed me the most about Red Gold Tomatoes, was how they treated their employees like family. The owners knew all of their factory workers by name and they all seemed to really love what they do. I was also impressed to find out that Red Gold products are non GMO!
