How to Make Gingerbread Fudge
Step 1- Fudge.
Use pam baking spray to grease an 8×8-inch baking dish and also, use parchment paper to line it (greasing before lining reduces the risk of the warm fudge moving). Add all the fudge ingredients except the sprinkles into a medium pot and combine over medium heat until smooth and melted.
Step 2- Topping.

- 1 – 14 oz can sweeten condensed milk
- 1/4 C Molasses
- 1/4 C light brown sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. Spray the baking dish with cooking spray before placing the parchment paper inside the baking dish.
- This will allow the parchment paper stick to the pan to avoid moving when you pour the cooked fudge into the pan
- Using a medium pot, combine all ingredients except the sprinkles into the pot and stir over medium heat.
- Continue to stir until melted and smooth and combined
- Pour the fudge into the baking dish and smooth evenly
- Sprinkle the Christmas sprinkles onto the top of the fudge and lightly press down. This will help keep the sprinkles stuck in the fudge
