This is the only Gingerbread fudge you will ever need or want. It is very good, so unbelievably easy to make and it has so much flavor. I made this for my holiday party and church potluck, it was a big hit!! I used a 9×13 pan and cut it into smaller pieces. Smaller pieces seemed the perfect size for adults and kids alike. You will not regret using this recipe. I am so glad I found this recipe. This is only the 2nd time in my life making fudge. Making this was better than my first experience making fudge. I now have the confidence to make other types of fudge. I wish I had found this recipe first. Thank you so much for such a wonderful recipe!
