This Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer Pie is such a cute and easy way to decorate a pie slice! This takes minutes to make and this Chocolate Caramel Pie recipe is AMAZING!

We made this Chocolate Caramel Pie & turned our slices into Rudolph for one of our Thanksgiving desserts. The kids just loved this & it’s so easy to make! The pie also turned out amazing..very rich!
Rudolph Chocolate Caramel Pie
1 baked Pie Crust
10 Caramels
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup of Salted Peanuts
1 Cup of Chocolate Chips (melted)
2 T Butter
8 oz Whipped Cream
Pretzel Twists
Edible Eyes
Maraschino Cherries
Directions
Start out by melting the caramels with the milk on low heat. Then stir in the peanuts. Spread on the bottom of your baked pie crust. Let that set in the fridge for a few minutes. Melt the chocolate & butter over low heat. Then stir in the whipped cream & pour over top of the caramel mixture. Place in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Break the pretzel twists & place them on the back side to look like antlers. Place a cherry on the tip for the nose & the edible eyes.
How easy is that! Here is a close up…
