We made this Draculadilla Dinner last night & my boys loved it! Super easy to make and a fun way to celebrate Halloween!
Draculadilla Dinner
2 Tortillas
Black Beans
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Blue Chips (we used Private Selection)
Slice of Tomato or Red Pepper
Start out by sprinkling the black beans & cheese on a tortilla. Top with another tortilla & either fry or heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Place the quesadilla on a plate. We put a little bit of sour cream in a small snack sized baggie, snipped off the corner, & made the eye’s teeth, & shirt. We arranged chips to make the hair & cape. We cut a slice of red pepper for the bow & mouth. We used black beans for the eyes & eyebrows. That’s it!
