Easy Key Lime Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8oz) bricks of cream cheese – softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 Tablespoons of lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons lime zest (from 2 limes)
  • Optional – Green food coloring
  • 2 Tablespoons Graham cracker crumbs, for garnish
  • Lime slices, for garnish

Easy Key Lime Cheesecake Dip

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla.  With an electric mixer, beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the lime juice and green food coloring (optional) and stir well to incorporate.
  3. Fold in 1 Tablespoon of lime zest (cover and store the remaining lime zest for use right before serving).
  4. Cover the dip and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with remaining lime zest, graham cracker crumbs and/or a lime slice.
  6. Serve with fresh strawberries, pretzels or cookies.  ENJOY!!
*Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  • 16 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 Tablespoons of lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons lime zest from 2 limes
  • Optional - Green food coloring
  • 2 Tablespoons Graham cracker crumbs for garnish
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

    1. Hi Marilyn. If I were to guess maybe 1/4 cup? As with most dips it really depends on the the restraint of the one eating it as it would be easy to eat the whole bowl.

    This was so easy to make and it tastes wonderful. Love it best with the strawberries and the red and lime green look great together. Keeper for sure!
