This brownie batter dip is my new favorite appetizer for parties! Who wouldn’t want to dip cookies into edible brownie batter? If you serve this dessert dip at your next football party or get-together it will surely be a hit!

Even though lots of people say it’s sage to eat raw flour, the FDA does warn against it. The recommendation is to microwave the flour (or mix) for 1 minute and 15 seconds (stopping and mixing it even 15-seconds in between)

Ingredients You Will Need

  • cream cheese
  • cool whip
  • brownie mix
  • whole milk
  • mini chocolate chips

How To Make Brownie Batter Dip

  1. Using a standing mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the cool whip until smooth.
  3. Add in the brownie mix and milk.
  4. Mix until smooth and fold in 1/2 C chocolate chips
  5. Scoop the brownie batter into the disposable piping bag
  6. Cut the tip off and pipe it into a serving dish
  7. Serve immediately or wrap the bowl in saran wrap and store in the fridge up to one day ahead.

  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 1 box ghiradelli brownie mix about 18 oz
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 C mini chocolate chips divided

Instructions
 

  • Using a standing mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add in the brownie mix and milk.
