You are going to LOVE these Mini Deep Dish Pizzas and they are so easy to make! These make a great party appetizer or snack for the Kids. My boys absolutely loved these and gobbled them up! Make sure to also check out our Pizza Dip…so good!

Mini Deep Dish Pizzas

Mini Deep Dish Pizzas

  • 1 8oz. can of Red Gold tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 mini flour tortillas
  • 52 mini pepperoni
  • 8 0z. shredded mozzarella cheese

Mini Deep Dish Pizzas

Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees. Pour your tomato sauce into a small bowl. Add the basil, oregano, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.

Press your mini tortillas into your muffin pan like this. The sides will be bunched up, but that’s fine…

Then add 2 spoonfuls of the sauce in each cup…

Add 4 to 5 mini pepperoni on top of the cheese…

Bake in your pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned…

Wait for pizzas to cool, and remove from muffin tin using a fork or knife. Pizzas should pop out with ease!

Now they are ready to serve. They are best when they are served warm…

Mini Deep Dish Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. can Red Gold tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 mini flour tortillas
  • 52 mini pepperoni
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees. Pour your tomato sauce into a small bowl. Add the basil, oregano, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.

  2. Press your mini tortillas into your muffin pan like this. The sides will be bunched up, but that's fine.

  3. Add a pinch of shredded cheese into each tortilla.
  4. Then add 2 spoonfuls of the sauce in each cup.

  5. Add the remaining shredded cheese on top.

  6. Bake in your pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  7. Wait for pizzas to cool, and remove from muffin tin using a fork or knife. Pizzas should pop out with ease!
  8. Now they are ready to serve. They are best when they are served warm.
