It’s Waffle Wednesday & today our theme for Eggo is Fall Desserts! We came up with these fun Mini Pumpkin Waffle Treats & they taste SO good! Super simple to make…you & your kids will love them! These would be fun to make for a after school treat or Thanksgiving party as well!
Mini Pumpkin Waffle Treats
(makes 4)
8 Eggo Mini Waffles
1/2 Cup Vanilla Frosting
1/2 T. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Orange Edible Color Spray
1 Green Sour Punch Straw
Start out by toasting the mini Eggo waffles. Then cut around the edges to shape into a pumpkin. Lightly spray 4 of them with edible orange color spray on a paper towel. Then take a couple of tablespoons of the vanilla frosting & set aside in a small bowl. Take the remaining frosting & mix in the pumpkin spice. Spread the mixture in between the mini pumpkin waffles. Then spray a little bit of the orange in the reserved frosting. Spoon the frosting in a baggie & snip off the corner. Then squeeze on lines on the outside of the pumpkins. Snip off 4 pieces from a green Sour Punch Straw & poke them in the tops.
They are delicious & oh so cute! You could make a ton of these in no time at all!
