Can these be frozen? If so, for how long? I’m due next month with baby #4 and I want to prep these now and freeze for a quick snack.

    1. Hi Stephanie. Congrats on #4! Hoping this last month goes smoothly for you. Yes, you can freeze these in an airtight container. They should be fine for a month or maybe longer.

    2. Wonderful! This month is a little chaotic but I have a to do list that’s coming along. Thanks so much for responding and for your kind words! 🙂 they are absolutely delicious my whole family loves them and we are down to 4 so I have to whip up some more.

Love these and so easy that my grandson can make them. Was wondering if you could add coconut to them and how much.

    1. Thanks Joyce. Sure, that would be a great addition. I would start out with 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut and mix that in to see what the results are.

    1. Hi Joy. Each ball has approximately 125 calories and 5 grams of protein. We have added protein powder to these as well for added protein.
