(full amounts in recipe box below)

  • Flour– Use all-purpose flour for the best results.

How to Make Pink Marshmallow Fudge

To start, add the white chocolate into a heat-safe bowl and place it into the microwave to melt for 15-second increments until smooth and creamy. First, In a separate bowl, add in the flour and then place in the microwave for one minute to heat, then mix and set aside. Make sure to NOT skip this step because flour is raw, and not cooked, and can contain bacteria that could make you sick. You should always microwave flour before adding fudge ingredients. Secondly, add the butter, sugar, and vanilla into another bowl, and combine. Thirdly, combine the flour and butter mixture and then pour in the melted white chocolate. Next, pour in the sweetened condensed milk.

How Long Does Fudge Last?

How long fudge lasts depends on where it is stored. Placing the fudge at room temperature will allow the recipe to last for about 2 weeks. Storing in the fridge will extend the shelf life to 2-3 weeks. If you would like the recipe to last even longer, I recommend storing it in the freezer for up to 3 months.

How to Store?

Placing the fudge in an airtight container is your best method for storage. You can use parchment paper to layer the fudge if you decide to make more than one batch. Layering the parchment paper will keep the fudge from sticking while it’s stored in the fridge or freezer.
