Pumpkin White Russian Cocktail Recipe

A classic White Russian is a favorite cocktail for many.  This year, you can add a little bit of extra flavor by mixing in our pumpkin ingredients list.  As a creamy chilled beverage, it has the power to warm you from the inside out.  Plus, it’s a great way to enjoy that pumpkin spice flavor as a nightcap instead of a way to start your day.

My White Russian Eggnog is another amazing option you will love during the holiday season.  A little upscale adult cocktail is just what you need on cold winter nights!

Ingredients You Will Need:

  • Kahlua
  • Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
  • Vodka
  • Pumpkin puree
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Ice

How to Make a Pumpkin White Russian

  • Using your favorite drink shaker, you will combine the Kahlua, pumpkin pie spice, vodka, and pumpkin puree and creamer.
  • Shake this well until completely combined, then pour over ice.
  • You can top this drink with a dash of extra pumpkin pie spice if desired.

Can I Make this a Frozen White Russian?

If you want to make this a frozen drink, you can blend the drink with the ice instead of serving it over the rocks. Make everything as the recipe calls for but then add it all to a blender and blend it until it is the consistency you want.  Some think it has a consistency similar to a Frappuccino when frozen, which is a fun way to enjoy an adult drink.

Can I Use Pumpkin Vodka in This Cocktail?

You can certainly use pumpkin vodka in this cocktail. The pumpkin coffee creamer gives the creaminess to this drink that this cocktail is known for. You can use pumpkin vodka with or without the creamer. If not using the pumpkin spice coffee creamer, you will want to add heavy cream or half and half. If you do not want the creaminess to this cocktail, you can also leave out the creamer or milk, however, it will change the taste of this drink.

  1. Mine wasn’t white. It was the color of the pumpkin spice coffee creamer-beige. So I added oat milk. Maybe I’ll try the Rumchata suggested. Good though.

  2. Since I don’t use “creamers” unless it’s Darigold (which is flavored half and half), I will try this with Rumchata Pumpkin Spice.

  3. I’m going to try using pumpkin Simple Syrup instead of the creamer and use almond milk… try and cut back on calories anyone try this?
