Ingredients You Will Need:

Captain Morgan

Have you ever had a Dirty Pirate? It’s a cocktail that’s made with Coca-Cola, Kahlua, and Rum. It’s a twist on the popular rum and Coke, and the Kahlua gives it an awesome flavor. You can always use any type of rum, but we like to make this with Captain Morgan…

Can I change the ingredients?

  • Use coconut rum instead of spiced rum
  • You can leave the Kahlua out
  • Use Jack Daniel’s instead of Rum

You will also want to make sure your Coke is flat. Unscrew the cap the night before and let it sit to get all of the carbonation out.

You misspelled “pour” in the directions.

Reporting in: Diet Coke and rum.
1 cup coke, 1/2 cup rum ( cause I can’t do math I halved the recipe to fit my molds)
Rum settled to the bottom, the first bite was very rummy. Prob taste better w real coke.
    Might add lime juice?
Did freeze well even w amount of rum.
Idea: freeze in bowl, make slushee and put it in a yeti to take to the pool. I’m trying that

Made vodka lemonade popsicles that were awesome. Make lemonade with juice of 1 lime added to mix. Otherwise amounts are the same … 1/4 cup vodka to 2 cups lemonade. Could also chop a strawberry in tiny pieces and add to mix. Just makes them look pretty.

My sister and I are going on a vacation, we will be taking this recipe along with us. She likes Malibu Rum, so we will be swapping out Capt. Morgan. Do we still use the Kahlua or omit it ?
