Valentine’s Day Martini

This is a delicious recipe that can be served alongside a savory steak dinner on Valentine’s Day or enjoyed after hours for a late-night treat. It has the most divine flavor and smooth texture that just dances on your taste buds.

Key Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Alcohol: I use Bailey’s Strawberry and Cream and White creme de cacao for this recipe.
  • Strawberries: I use fresh strawberries in the recipe and use a few to garnish.
  • Ghirardelli Chocolate Wafers: These will be melted to dip the glass into and the sweet cream creamer will be frothed and added on top.

How To A Make Strawberry Shortcake

Step 1. Follow the directions on the chocolate to melt. Drizzle the chocolate along the edge of the glasses or dip the glass into the chocolate. Set them aside to firm up while you prepare your mixture.

Step 2. Add the liquor, strawberries, and ice into a blender and combine on high until smooth. Add the mixture to the prepared glasses about 3/4 of the way. Froth the creamer in a glass using the frother to make a foam consistency. Use a spoon to add on top and garnish. Enjoy!
