Triple Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

These triple chocolate raspberry brownies are so good! This recipe takes your normal brownie mix and adds in chocolate chips, raspberry jam and fresh fruit. Everyone that tries one will think these came straight from a bakery. Turning boxed mixes into incredible creations is so fun!

Triple Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

Triple Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

Makes 1 9×13 baking dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 9×13 box Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie mix
  • (oil, eggs, and water as described on the back of the box)
  • 1 C white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C raspberry jam
  • 2 baskets fresh raspberries
  • 1 bunch fresh mint sprigs
  • 1 9×13 baking dish lined with parchment paper

 

Triple Chocolate Raspberry BrowniesDirections:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Follow the directions on the back of the brownie box to make the brownie batter.
  3. Mix in 3/4 C white chocolate chips into the brownie mix.
  4. Stir 1 1/2 C of fresh raspberries in the brownie mix.
  5. Pour brownie mix into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 C of white chocolate chips on top of the brownie batter
  7. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  8. Remove from oven and set aside to cool completely.
  9. Heat raspberry jam in the microwave for 30-45 seconds in intervals of 15 seconds.
  10. Once the jam is soft, drizzle on top of the brownies
  11. Cut and enjoy!
