- Crowd Favorite. This festive dip is loved by kids and adults. Perfect for parties!
- Easy to serve. Pairs well with all sorts of dippers like graham crackers, cookies, pretzels, and fruits!
Ingredients Needed
All you need is 7 simple ingredients!
- Cream cheese: Make sure to soften the cream cheese for easy blending.
- Powdered sugar: I like to sift the powdered sugar before adding to make sure there aren’t any clumps.
- Whipped Cream: To make things easier, we use Cool Whip, but feel free to make Homemade whipped cream. That’s really simple as well.
- Milk: You can use 2% or whole milk. I would not recommend using skim milk.
- Vanilla: Pure vanilla extract is best.
- Food Coloring: this can be adjusted to your preference. You can use a light green or neon green.
- Sprinkles: I like to use a mixture or heart heart sprinkles and red jimmies.

How To Make Grinch Dip
You can whip up this fun Christmas dip recipe in just 5-minutes!
- Mix the softened cream cheese, milk, vanilla and mix in the powdered sugar.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Color the dip using green food coloring.
- Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl.
- Decorate with red heart sprinkles and jimmies.
- Serve with assorted cookies, fruit, or pretzels.

Tips and Tricks
Make in advance. This dip can be made 2 days ahead of time and kept in the fridge. Just wait to add the sprinkles until ready to serve.
Decorating. Top with red hearts right before serving to prevent color from the sprinkles bleeding into the dip.
Food coloring. Slowly add the food coloring until it is the desired shade of green. If you add too much at once, the color might be too dark or bold.

Serving and Storing
Serving. Serve this Grinch dip with an assortment of pretzels, crackers, Oreos, Nilla wafers, graham crackers, and/or fruit (like strawberries, pineapple, apple slices, or grapes) to dip. Christmas cookies like cut out sugar cookies or gingersnaps would also be great!
Storing. This dessert dip can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Give it a good stir before serving. I don’t recommend freezing this dip.
