Ingredients Needed:
This easy Christmas punch recipe just has a handful of simple ingredients. (full amounts in recipe box below)
- Orange Juice – this is what makes this recipe more of a morning or Christmas brunch punch. Feel free to use a cup pineapple juice as a substitution for the orange juice if you prefer.
- Cranberry Juice – you’ll want to use cranberry juice cocktail.
- Pomegranate Juice – we like the brand Pom, but use any brand.
- Ginger Ale – you can also replace this with Lemon-Lime Soda (like Sprite) if you prefer.
- Fresh Cranberries and Orange Slices (optional)
How To Make Christmas Morning Punch
- Make sure all the ingredients are chilled.
- Pour the cranberry juice, pineapple juice and orange juice in a large drink dispenser and mix. Then add in the ginger ale and give it a quick stir.
- Place the pitcher (or punch bowl) in the fridge and serve within a few hours before the ginger ale starts to go flat.
- You can garnish with fresh cranberries and orange slices if you prefer to make this festive. You can also add in some ice.
- Add the punch to cute little jars wrapped in ribbon as shown above. The kids will especially love this.
Christmas Punch with Alcohol:
- Add 1 cup of Rum or Vodka to the punch mixture for the adults or make our other popular version of Christmas Punch excluding the orange juice and a bit different. Both are perfect for Holiday festivities.
Our Christmas Margarita and Gingerbread White Russian are other popular Holiday Cocktails.
Garnishes:
Fresh cranberries, pomegranate seeds, fresh rosemary and fresh orange slices really make this drink festive and the addition of vodka or rum will add tons of extra holiday joy!

Hi Judy. I think its a personal preference on taste, but we prefer the pomegranate.
Could you please give the amounts of each ingredient? I’m sure it’s in this post somewhere, but I simply can’t find it. Thank you!
Hi Ann. The amounts are listed in the recipe card near the bottom of the page.

Love this recipe! I’m going to make it for my holiday party next weekend. I just hope none of my guests spill on my new carpets haha! I’d hate to call my carpet cleaners this time of year.
What type of orange juice is best for the punch. Frozen and then mixed or bottles already made?
