Crack Dip is one of our all time favorite dips to make for parties. Everyone loves it and it is super, duper easy to make. It’s a win-win for everyone! Serve it with Rotel dip for even more dipping options.
If you want to make this recipe even easier than it already is, buy the fully cooked bacon that you can find right next to the regular bacon at the grocery store. You virtually make this minutes before walking out the door to a summer get-together.
Crack Dip
Ingredients
- 32 oz sour cream
- 1 package of ranch dip seasoning
- 6 slices of bacon cooked to crispy and crumbled. Reserve some for topping
- 1 cup of colby jack cheese, shredded. Reserve some for topping
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together until combined the sour cream, ranch seasoning.
- Add the chopped bacon, shredded cheese, and 1/2 of the chopped green onions
- Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Top with remaining chopped bacon, shredded cheese, and green onions
- Serve with your favorite chips or vegetables.
- Enjoy!!
