    1. Hi LuAnn. I haven’t tried that with this recipe but the slow cooker would work on low for about 4 hours.

    1. Hi Georgia. You could try frying the chicken in a pan and then using a slow cooker low for about 4 hours after.

  1. 5 stars
10 min prep time is far from correct. It takes that long to cut the chicken up alone. Then at least another 20 mn to dip each of the nuggets. The portion of chicken touching the parchment paper comes off on the paper and you have to scrape the chicken over the batter to add it back on. It also said to add 1/2 c of water to make the batter I believe in the end I had to use 1.5 cups. It does taste great but not sure the effort is worth it. Maybe I did something wrong but not sure what.

    1. I agree 10 min prep time is very far off. Thoughts was making a quick dinner. It’s 7:30 and the kids are still waiting to eat.

    1. We have not, but you may get similar results by baking the chicken and then preparing on the stovetop.

  2. I’m 87 and I need easy recipes that don’t take all day to cook,  especially chicken recipes.
