  • Soak the Italian bread in 1/4 cup of water for about 3 minutes. Then break the bread up into small pieces.
  • Add the eggs into a large bowl and beat.
  • Put the crumbs, soaked Italian bread, onion, cheese, 2 tbsp. of water, oil, parsley, garlic, black pepper, red pepper, and Italian seasoning into the bowl and mix well.
  • Add in the pork and beef into the bowl. Use either an electric mixer or potato masher to mix in well.
  • Form your meat into balls, about golf ball size.
  • Use the sauté setting and add 2 tbsp. of oil into your IP. Add in the meatballs and allow them to brown on each side. Take the meatballs out of the IP and wipe away excess grease from the bottom.
  • Add about half of your marinara sauce into the IP.

  • Snap the spaghetti noodles in half before layering on top of the sauce. This will make sure the noodles are not going to stick.
  • Add the rest of the sauce.
  • To make sure to get every last bit of sauce from the jar, add water to fill half the jar and shake then add into the IP.
  • Close the IP lid.
  • For 7 minutes, cook in the IP on high pressure.
  • You will release the pressure manually using the quick release. Take off the lid and gently stir to keep from crushing the meatballs.
