I am addicted to these snacks! I got thile recipe from my cousin. She uses them for her kiddos as a boost between sports games.
We add a scoop of protein powder, mix the ingredients except for the peanut butter & M&Ms. Then I warm the honey and pour it over everything except for the M&Ms. That makes it much easier to stir. Lastly, I add the M&M’s. Otherwise the warm honey takes the shell off the M&M’s!
Thank you Sue!
My grandchildren love to eat cookie dough and this recipe is wonderful because it doesn’t have any eggs in it.
Thanks Victoria!
We made these for meal prep snacks. They are a big hit in our house. The only way I could roll them up was wetting my hands before getting a scoop each time. Overall very good recipe.
Thanks Miranda!
Made these and they are loved. Swapped out chocolate cups for slivered almonds (chocolate gives my kiddo migraines). So amazing!!
Great substitution. Thank you Jessica!
Love these and my grand children also like them, especially great for sports days for a quick burst of energy. I do add sunflower seeds into it for a little bit more energy.
