We created these fun Thanksgiving Turkey Pancakes for breakfast the other morning & this would be a great breakfast to make on Thanksgiving morning for the kids! Super easy to make & we used cookie cutters to make this simple for you!
Thanksgiving Turkey Pancakes
Pancake Recipe of Mix
4 Strawberries
1 Clementine
2 Eggs (scrambled)
1 Mini Marshmallow
2 Mini Chocolate Chips
Combine your ingredients for your favorite pancake recipe or mix. Pour your mix into a pan over low heat & make a large round pancake. Make another smaller pancake & then 2 smaller pancakes. They do not have to look good because you will be cutting around the edges. We used a large round cookie cutter to cut out the large pancake & a medium round cookie cutter to cut the other pancake. We used heart cookie cutters to cut out the 2 small pancakes. If you do not have cookie cutters just use kitchen scissors. Place the pancakes on a plate.
Scramble up 2 eggs. Line the top of the large pancake with the sliced fruit & eggs. We cut a piece for the strawberry to make the wattle. We also cut a few pieces from a clementine slice to make the beak & feet. We cut a mini marshmallow in half for the eyes & used mini chocolate chips for the pupils.
Trust me…your kids are going to love this & it’s a great way to get them to eat lots of fruit for breakfast!:)
