Recipe Ingredients
This casserole is made almost entirely with Thanksgiving leftovers. Scroll down to the recipe card below for the exact measurements.
- Turkey – Shredded or roughly chopped, depending on your preference.
- Turkey gravy – If you don’t have enough leftover gravy, you can use store-bought turkey or chicken gravy.
- Cranberry sauce – Jellied cranberry sauce can be used in place of the whole berry cranberry sauce.

- Add another layer. Add a layer of mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes for extra heartiness. You can also sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the stuffing before baking.
