Recipe Ingredients

With just 5 ingredients you can make a copycat Disney Dole Whip Recipe in your kitchen. These ingredients also have a long shelf life so you can make it any time you like.

  • Frozen pineapple chunks: You can find frozen pineapple chunks in the frozen section of the grocery store. I also like to use a fresh pineapple, cut it up, and place it in the freezer overnight.
  • Coconut milk: I like to use unsweetened coconut milk because of the added sugar. If you want to skip the sugar, try this Dole Whip recipe is sweetened coconut milk.
  • Pineapple juice: Adding pineapple juice helps thin out the dole whip so it isn’t too thick. It adds more pineapple flavor instead of watering it down.
  • Powdered sugar: I like to use powdered sugar so it doesn’t have a grainy texture.
  • Coconut extract: To further intensify the coconut flavor, I add a dash of coconut extract.
  • Salt: A pinch of salt balances all of the other flavors as well as bringing out the pineapple flavor.
