If you like avocados you’re going to totally try your hand at these airfryer avocado fries. They are breaded in Panko bread crumbs and seasoned with cajun spices for a delicious snack idea. We like making these as a dinner side dish or as an appetizer when we have company!

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Avocado, cut into 8 slices each
  • 1 tsp. cajun seasoning
  • Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Airfryer Avocado Fries

Directions

  1. Preheat your Airfryer to 200°
  2. In 2 separate plastic food storage containers add the beaten eggs in one, and panko crumbs with cajun spice, lightly stirred, in the other.
  3. Lightly dip the avocados in the beaten egg then roll them evenly with panko bread crumbs.
  4. Place the avocado into the basket and slide it into the preheated Airfryer.
  5. Set the timer on the Airfryer for 6 minutes.
  6. serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

I eat one avocado every day…they are my favorite and very healthy as well. This is such a nice twist and everyone will love them. Also makes a great party appetizer!
