Ingredients Needed
All you need it 4-ingredients for these fantastic bacon club crackers! Full amounts in the recipe box below.
- Crackers – Buttery Club crackers work best for this recipe (Townhouse or Ritz crackers will also work). I like the rectangular shape for wrapping the bacon. If using other shaped crackers, make sure you cut the bacon to fit.
- Bacon – thin bacon slices.
- Brown Sugar – This adds a candied coating once baked.
- Black Pepper – Optional, but highly recommended.

How To Make Bacon Crackers
All you need is 10-minutes of prep with just a few simple steps.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wrap slices of bacon around the crackers and place on a pan lined with aluminum foil (or parchment paper) topped with an oven safe cooling rack.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the bacon and then top with pepper.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Storage
IF you have any leftovers, store the crackers at room temperature for up to 2 hours. To make ahead, place the bacon crackers in an airtight container (or ziplock bag) and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 1 month.

Tips and Variations
Bacon Thickness – Thin bacon is key! I don’t recommend using thick cut bacon because it’ll take too long to cook through and your crackers will burn.
Variations – Replace the black pepper with red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper or any other spice you prefer. Instead of brown sugar, drizzle some honey on top.
Additions – Add cream cheese to the crackers before adding the bacon. Place sliced jalapenos on top of the bacon before baking.
