These Christmas Grinch Brownies are a fun dessert to go with one of our most favorite Christmas movies, How The Grinch Stole Christmas! I don’t know about you but we love baking around the holidays.
These chocolate brownies have a delicious homemade mint icing on top. So good!
Grinch Brownies
Use our Easy Homemade Brownie Recipe or grab your favorite boxed brownie mix for this one if you’d like!
Ingredients You’ll Need
- Brownie recipe or mix
- Mint Oreos
- Dark chocolate mint M&M’s
- Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
- Heavy whipping cream
- Mint extract
- Green food coloring
- M&M’s (red ones)
- Wilton confetti heart sprinkles, reds only
How To Make Grinch Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Follow the directions on the back of the brownie box to make the brownies.
- Mix in chopped mint Oreos and dark chocolate mint M&M’s
- Bake the brownies according to the package
- Once brownies are baked, let cool onto a wire rack
- Using a double boiler, combine both the heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips and mix with a rubber spatula until smooth and creamy
- Stir in the mint extract and food coloring
- Pour onto cooled brownies and top with chopped Oreos, red M&M’s and red hearts.
- Let the Ganache harden before cutting and enjoying!
