How to Make Peppermint Cake

Set your oven to 350 degrees and use Pam to spray a Bundt pan evenly.

Add the cake mix, egg whites, milk, extract, and butter into a bowl and use a hand mixer to beat until combined and smooth.

Use a scooper to add 1 1/2 C of batter into a small bowl and add a few drops of food dye and mix to combine.

Put half of the white batter into the prepared pan.

Then, add dollops of the red batter on top of the white and use a knife to swirl.

Then, add the rest of the white batter on top of the red.

Add the rest of the red batter on top of the white and use a knife to swirl again.

Put in the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes or until a tester placed in the center of the cake comes out clean.

Take out the cake and allow it to cool before putting on a wire rack.

Frosting

Add the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, extract, and whipping cream and use a hand mixer to beat until combined and smooth.

If the mixture is too thick then add a few tbsp. of cream until it is thinner and smooth.

Add on top of the finished cake.
