Tips and Variations
- Serving – This can be served in a punch bowl (or large pitcher) for parties or in individual glasses. Make sure it’s nicely chilled before serving.
- Cranberry Juice – Make sure you Do NOT use unsweetened cranberry juice. You need cranberry juice cocktail (or sweetened cranberry juice).
- Don’t skip the Chilling – This allows the flavors to mingle. Then you’ll want to add the ginger ale right before serving to keep the bubbles. This way you don’t lose the fizz which makes this spritzer cocktail extra special.
- Variations – you can experiment with other flavors by replacing the cranberry with sweetened pomegranate juice (or any other juices). Use fresh mint instead of rosemary for garnishing or add in lemon slices.
