This fall cocktail combines two things I love – Fireball cinnamon whiskey and apple cider. For as much as I love it, I’ve made surprisingly few cocktails with Fireball. This Fireball apple cider is only the second one after Texas fever water. My favorite thing about it is that it can be enjoyed with hot apple cider or over ice. Perfect for any fall day or for fall parties!

Why This Fireball Apple Cider Cocktail Is Perfect For Fall

  • Spiced flavor. The Fireball adds a spiced cinnamon flavor to the apple cider which just makes the flavor scream “FALL!”
  • Hot or cold. Make a hot spiked apple cider for cool fall evenings or enjoy it cold on those sporadic warm days.
  • Make it for a crowd. While this recipe is written to make a single cocktail, it can easily be adapted to make enough for a crowd. And since it takes a whopping 60 seconds to make, it can be whipped up on a whim.

Tips & Variations

Here are a few things to keep in mind when making this Fireball apple cider.

  • Use a larger glass. If using ice, you might want a glass that’s larger than 12 ounces, especially if including the garnishes.
  • Add ginger ale. If you need the flavor thinned a bit, a splash of ginger ale is the perfect addition.
  • Make a pitcher. Feel free to multiple the amounts by 8 or more to make a pitcher of Fireball apple cider. I like to add some ginger ale when doing this as well.
  • Try it with rum. Swap the Fireball for Captain Morgan for a rum twist on the cocktail. A shot of cinnamon schnapps is also a good choice!

Can This Be Made In Advance?

Absolutely. Store Fireball apple cider store in an airtight bottle, jar, or container for up to 1 week. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months, in a sealed, freezer-safe container.
