Why You’ll Love This Pumpkin Martini

  • Only 5 ingredients. You only need 5 ingredients to make this seasonal pumpkin cocktail.
  • Party favorite. This drink is always a hit at Fall parties. It’s so delicious!
  • Not too strong. Of course, you get the alcohol taste, but it’s not overpowering. It’s a very balanced beverage.

Ingredients Needed

With just 5 ingredients you can create a tasty holiday cocktail that everyone will enjoy. This recipe is just for one glass so you can make it fresh every time (get the full measurements in the recipe box below).

  • Pumpkin spice Baileys: This Irish cream liqueur really sets this pumpkin spice martini recipe over the top! If you can not find this in your area, use regular Irish cream and add some pumpkin pie spice.
  • Salted caramel liquor: use any kind you like. I prefer salted caramel vodka. However, you can get salted caramel whiskey, salted caramel Baileys or even vanilla vodka would work.
  • Heavy cream: To make this drink creamy and extra indulgent, I add a splash of heavy cream.
  • Caramel sauce: For even more caramel flavor, I like to line the glass with caramel sauce. It also makes a pretty presentation.
  • Pumpkin pie filling: Adding a little pie filling further enhances the pumpkin flavor. I use the filling because it has all the spices mixed in where pumpkin purée does not.

Tips and Variations

Not good for Storing. Only make what you need — that’s why the ingredients are measured for one drink at a time.

Add different garnishes. Try a dusting of ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, cloves or ginger on top of the martini. You could even press the rim in crushed graham crackers!

Chill the ingredients. Chill the Baileys and heavy cream and blend them cold for a chilled drink. You may also chill the martini glasses before serving.
