Each one of these recipes start with a box of strawberry Jello and then transformed into creative shots that will be the star at your next party!
Pop Rocks Strawberry Jello Shots
Pop rocks add a fun addition and perfect for patriotic events like 4th of July. For this one, we’re using strawberry Jell-o, champagne and Kinky Red Liqueur. If you haven’t heard of or tried this, it’s a vodka infusion with watermelon and strawberry. It’s so yummy!
The extra gelatin packets helps to thicken these up since we’re adding champagne as well as the vodka.
Pop Rocks make this shot extra fun with the popping and crunching as you chew. We used the strawberry flavor but you can really use whatever you’d like. You can’t go wrong!

Strawberry shortcake Jello shots are layered with a yummy spiked vanilla pudding and then topped with strawberry shortcake vodka Jello.
- You will layer this recipe with a vanilla pudding mixture (with vodka and Baileys) for the bottom and then top with a strawberry Jello mixture that included strawberry pie filling!
