- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar Divided
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two sheet pans with a silicone liner or parchment paper.
- Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt to a medium bowl, and mix until blended.
- Cream together 2 cups sugar and the butter. Mix in the eggs.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- In a shallow bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into 1″ balls and roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.
