  • White Chocolate Chips – I prefer Ghirardelli, but any brand is fine to use.
  • Dried Fruit: I used a medley of apricots, cherries, and cranberries.
  • Pistachios – I prefer salted, but unsalted can be used.

How to Make White Chocolate Bark

There are only a few steps involved in making this tasty treat. Once the chocolate chips are melted, add your nuts and fruits. It’s ready to eat once it hardens! It’s so fast.

  • Step 1. Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15-second intervals, stir until melted.
  • Step 2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  • Step 4. Sprinkle the pistachios and dried fruit over the chocolate and gently press down. 
  • Step 5. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until hardened.
  • Step 6. Crack the bark into smaller pieces and enjoy.
