This Breakfast Crescent Ring is a family favorite and also great to make for a crowd. Fluffy scrambled eggs, chopped veggies, crispy bacon and lots of cheese is wrapped inside a ring of buttery crescents and baked to perfection!

Ingredients Needed
We give you some options below with alternative ingredients if you don’t have these on hand (full amounts are in the recipe bow below).
- Eggs – I like to use large eggs.
- Veggies – chopped red and green bell peppers.
- Salt and Pepper – just a pinch
- Bacon – regular or turkey cooked bacon is fine to use.
- Cheese – I like to use shredded cheddar cheese, but you can use any cheese you prefer.
- Crescent Rolls – any store-bought refrigerated crescents will work (or even homemade crescent dough).
- Egg Wash – optional
How To Make a Breakfast Crescent Ring
Just a few simple steps – it’s so easy!
- Beat the eggs with the chopped peppers and set aside
- Arrange the crescent roll dough on a cookie sheet, with the triangle pointing outward.
- Add the bacon and half of the cheese around the ring.
- Spoon the scrambled eggs around the base of the ring and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Fold the crescent dough over the eggs and seal it in the center.
- Brush the dough with an egg wash.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
Make-Ahead and Storing
- Make in Advance – You can prepare the breakfast ring 1 day before you plan to bake. Prepare the ring as directed and refrigerate until ready to bake. Proceed with baking directions.
- Storing – Place any leftover slices in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Microwave any leftovers.
Variations
Veggies – we use chopped peppers, but you can use any veggies that you prefer like mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, broccoli, onions, etc…
Meat – Bacon is our favorite, but feel free to change it (or include) breakfast sausage or ham.
Additions – Adding breakfast potatoes or tater tots would be yummy.

Can this be made the night before & refrigerated, then baked the next morning?
I have never tried this. It should be fine…let me know how it turns out.
Looks great! How many servings does it make?
