For those of us who love Irish Cream any way we can get it, this Dirty Irishman cocktail is just about as good as it gets.
I don’t know how you feel about Bailey’s Irish Cream, but I love it so much I would almost drink it for breakfast! That’s a joke. Definitely not going to start my day with a big swig of alcohol, but you see my point. If you’re the same, I can’t wait for you to try your hand at making these mouthwatering Bailey’s Irish Cream Coffee Cookies. You have no idea how mind-blowing they are until you actually try one.

If you’re not sure what Irish whiskey is, no problem. It’s a very smooth whiskey because it’s triple distilled. Look for brands like Jameson or simply ask an associate for help at your liquor store. They’ll point you to a selection, I’m sure.
You’ll need cold coffee, but I feel I should step in here and give you a little nudge to take time to make some really good coffee. The temptation might be to make a regular coffee pot full, like for your morning coffee. I’m not sure that’s the best plan here.
You want the coffee in this recipe to be strong, but not bitter. One of the best ways to avoid bitter coffee is to buy good coffee and to make sure you don’t get the water so hot that you burn the grind. If you have a French Press, definitely use it.
Otherwise, use the best coffee you have on hand, and make a pot ahead of time. Store it in the refrigerator so that’s it’s cold and ready to go when you want it. Use it within 24 hours for the best taste.
No cocktail shaker?
Not having a bar shaker AKA cocktail shaker, shouldn’t stop you from making these drinks. You can use a Mason Jar with a lid instead! (Mason Jars to the rescue… again!)

Used cold brew coffee in this. Needed to adjust the amount of coffee used, but worked great!
What a wuss. Why not start at breakfast!
