Ingredients
- Biscuits- You will be needing the Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Brand.
- Vegetable oil- You can substitute this with canola oil for frying.
- Powdered Sugar- This sugar is the best for a home-made glaze.
- Lemon Juice- Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavoring.
- Liquor- You will be using Lemon Liquor for this recipe.
How to Make Lemon Donut Holes
Pour 4 cups of oil into a Dutch oven and let it heat to 350 degrees.
Begin preparing your biscuits by cutting into fourths.
Use your hands to roll the biscuit pieces in your hands.
Take out a baking sheet and place a layer of paper towels down.
Add the biscuit balls into the heated oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they are light brown.
Repeatedly flip the balls over in the oil for even cooking.
Take the finished biscuits out and set them on the paper towel-lined sheet pan.
Allow them to cool while making the glaze.
Make the Lemon Glaze:
Combine the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and liquor into a medium bowl and whisk to combine.

- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 2 lemons

Instructions
