Easy No Bake Nutella Cookie Recipe
This no bake Nutella cookie recipe is so simple to make and tastes absolutely delicious. With the addition of Nutella, these are a fun twist on traditional no bake cookies. My boys ask for these cookies often and I love how easy and quick they are to make!
Ingredients Needed
- Nutella – this is a creamy chocolate hazelnut spread.
- Sugar – granulated white sugar.
- Peanut butter – I prefer creamy in this recipe, but crunchy can also be used.
- Butter – unsalted
- Milk – whole milk or 2%.
- Vanilla Extract and Salt
- Oats: I like to use quick cookie oats for this recipe.
How To Make Nutella No-Bake Cookies
- Add the butter, sugar, and milk into a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Allow the mixture to come to a rolling boil after combining. Allow the mixture to boil for a full minute, make sure to stop stirring at this point. Take away from the heat.
- Add in the Nutella and peanut butter and combine. Pour in the vanilla and salt and combine again. Put in the quick oats and combine again. Use a measuring spoon to drop a Tbsp of the mixture onto baking sheets lined with a piece of parchment paper (or wax paper) to firm up and cool. Serve when set and enjoy!
Variations For Nutella No-Bake Cookies
You can use some of the suggestions below to alter the recipe.
- You can replace half of the oats with old-fashioned oats. This will make the texture of the cookie thick and dense. I would only recommend replacing half or it will become too thick.
- You can use crunchy peanut butter or add nuts for a more crunchy texture.
- Sprinkle with a bit of flaky salt to bring out the flavor.
- Include 1/2 cup of sweetened coconut.
- Drizzle Homemade Caramel Sauce or Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe (5 minutes) on top for more flavor.
Tips & Tricks
Cooking – Make sure to boil the cookies for the full minute or they may not set correctly.
Sizing – The size of the cookie will vary depending on how big or small you make them.
Storing – Place leftovers in an airtight container for the best storage method. These can be left at room temperature for up to 5 days.

This recipe is delicious! I will say that I had to add more oats to thicken it up. I popped them in the freezer and they were great. Thanks for the recipe!
Thank you Nicole!
Although it these tasted good, they stayed gooey & never firmed up. Going to keep them in the freezer.
